IEEPA Tariffs on Hold Following Court Ruling

The US Court of International Trade (CIT) has rejected the Trump administration’s use of the International Economic Emergency Powers Act to apply the “Worldwide,” “Retaliatory” (CIT definition) and “Trafficking” tariff plans.
